Overview

All payments made on RiseMart are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued only in specific situations such as duplicate transactions or erroneous charges caused by system errors.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payments due to transaction issues
  • Incorrect or unintended charges

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Payments

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Active or completed subscriptions
  • Auto-renewal payments (including bKash auto charges)
  • User-initiated cancellations after payment
  • Failure to use the service after purchase

If auto-renew is enabled, any amount automatically deducted from your bKash account is strictly non-refundable. RiseMart does not hold responsibility for refunds in such cases.

Before Subscription

  • Review pricing, plans, and features carefully
  • Understand auto-renewal settings before enabling
  • Contact support if you have any questions

After Subscription

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable
  • Charges apply based on your selected plan
  • Auto-renew continues unless cancelled beforehand
  • Support is available for billing issues
